Features:
1. Temperature Protection:
If the amplifier detects a temperature above 35 degrees, it will automatically turn on the cooling fan, below 33 degrees it will turn off the cooling fan. If the temperature is above 55 degrees the amplifier will switch off and a flashing reminder and buzzer will sound as an alarm. If the temperature drops below 55 degrees, the amplifier will automatically activate. At the same time, if the power amplifier is transmitting, the fan will activate to stop transmission immediately and the fan will switch off after a 10 second delay, if the temperature is above 33 degrees, the fan will continue to operate. The fan will continue until the temperature falls below 33 degrees when the amplifier is not transmitting.
2. High and low Voltage protection:
The power amplifier will turn off when the voltage is below 8.5V or above 14.5V. The hardware is also designed with transient suppression diodes to protect the power supply when the voltage is above 15.8V or when the power supply is inverted.
3. Automatic band switching when RF is applied the amplifier fill detect the frequency and automatically switch to the correct band.
4. Automatic LPF Filter Switching:
In this mode of the power amplifier, the appropriate LPF filter can be switched automatically without the need to connect a band control line. In addition, the power amplifier circuit has a frequency detection module that enables it to automatically switch to the appropriate LPF filter depending on the input to the power amplifier. If the VSWR exceeds 2.0 or the power exceeds 55W, the amplifier automatically switches off, the display flashes to indicate trigger protection and the buzzer sounds an alarm. The Power Amplifier Pro has a display to show the real time power and VSWR.
6. High Speed Detection Mode RF Trigger Switching:
This mode of the power amplifier does not require an external PTT control line to be connected. The high speed detection mode RF trigger is implemented by interrupt mode, so the response time is very fast. With this automatic trigger, you do not need to connect a PTT control line to automatically switch the amplifier to transmit mode via your input signal.
