Congratulations to Gary Wheeler, VE6CV

Congratulations to Gary Wheeler, VE6CV, on recently obtaining his Canadian Amateur Radio Volunteer Examiner qualification!

For those who may not know, Volunteer Examiners play a vital role in supporting the amateur radio hobby in Canada. They work with amateur radio clubs and individuals, and closely with ISED Canada to administer and record exam results.

These examiners make themselves available to budding hams who have completed their studies and wish to write the Basic or Advanced Amateur Radio exams. Students can search for examiners in their area using the ISED Canada Accredited Examiners website.

You can contact Gary at gary@drhd.com to set up a time to take your exam if you’re located in the Lethbridge, Alta area.

The hamshack.ca Free Advanced Amateur Radio course is available here.
