This is a ICOM H18 portable programmer Model EX-704
I used to use it to program the ICOM H18 portables to the ham freqs but have not used it for years as with the cheep portables that come in from China now I use them as I did not feel like caring around the big commercial radio vs the little new portables that have a way more bells and whistles . Works great I just don’t have a need for it any more. I can throw in any of the H18 portables I can find if anyone wants .
