FS: Very nice late serial # Drake TR-4 transceiver with accessory external VFO/Spkr for split operation, and AC-4 power supply with upgrade boards from Electronic Specialties, who supplied Harbach with theirs. Works great, with 125w+ on 80 thru 15m, and about 100w output on 10m. Just bench tested. PTO’s are nice and smooth to tune. New blue/white dial filters. (Dials look much better with #47 LED replacement bulbs…available for about $1 each from Cointaker.com!)
NOTE: This TR-4 has a factory added CW filter, switchable from the front panel “SIDEBAND” switch. Drake added this as standard to the later TR-4CW and TR-4CW/rit versions. This is one of the first items to go from my extensive Drake collection. It’s time!
