Very well reviewed and rugged radio for wet and freezing environments, very loud speaker and adjustable mic gain, bit of a learning curve with the CPS but willing to answer questions as best I can, lots of reviews and content on YouTube, got it at Christmas but looking for something that does analog APRS, this currently does Digital APRS, maybe in a new firmware release.
Had to open the programming cable to verify correct drivers, it is well glued back together.
Upgraded the power supply to 2A, came with wimpy 600mA
