It is NEW and was never inserted into the SignaLink USB. Due to my error, I bought the wrong module at full price plus $20 shipping (Radioworld receipt available). Tigertronics is comping me the correct module but I’m paying their postage from Oregon. I’m offering this one for just enough to pay the postage on the replacement module. It fits many Kenwood and Alinco radios so consult the complete product guide from Tigertronics to confirm your gear, or I can look it up on my copy if you’re not sure. Thanks for looking. Larry
