2023 Eagle Hill club AGM flea market and traditional Ukrainian meal!

Great to hear that the 2023 Eagle Hill club AGM flea market and traditional Ukrainian meal will be held:

  • August 26th 2023 Mundare Recreation Center 5616-50 ave  Mundare AB
  • Doors open at 9:00 – MANDATORY $10,00 entry fee which includes club membership to cover club operations, hall rental etc. Donations are appreciated, but optional
  • 9:00 – 11:30  Flea Market
  • 11:30  AGM – President’s Report, Financial Report, Election of Officers and directors.

12:00 Lunch (optional) Traditional Ukrainian Meal  $25.00 per person  –  PLEASE CONTACT NEIL VE6TCK by email at ve6tck@gmail.com  or call / text him at 780-818-1975 to confirm in advance if you are staying for the meal, this will help the caterer for planning.
