Microwave Associates Gunn Diode Oscilator with Varactor MA87628 I do not know the designed center frequency of this module as I can not seem to find any reference on line. the window measures aproximatly 0.506 inch by 0.994 inch or 12.85 mm by 25.26 mm The oscillator does not appear to have been previously mounted or installed- see photos Open to offers
